Made entirely from Ireland’s most beautiful hardwoods, these knives feature a walnut handle with light sycamore blades.
Each one is handmade by master craftsman Chaïm Factor in Wicklow, Ireland. From start-to-finish, every piece is made in a fair trade environment.

Care
Wipe clean or wash gently with water – do not submerge in water. Towel dry immediately. Do not put in the dishwasher. To retain the rich natural finish, please use mineral oil, butcher block conditioner or wood conditioner after each use.

Gorgeous one of a kind piece. It is very light, yet sturdy. The color is rich and it works well to cut cheese, hard or soft. Easy to store!
