Each bath rug takes over a day to complete, all handcrafted in fair trade weaving cooperative right outside of Marrakech.

Perfect statement without being the focal point
I loved this - it came out of the box looking exactly as it was pictured. I just moved into a new house in LA and wanted to have that BoHo/SoCal/Modern/MidCentury feel in the new digs. I'm also terrible at design so I spend a lot of my time asking friends for advice and then ignoring it. But, they all said to get this rug and I did and here we are. Anyway, it's perfect for a statement without being the focal point of what you are doing. What I like was the size - it wasn't overbearing in the space - and it's lightweight without being papery. It might need a rug pad to make it stay secure, but that's a me problem. The tassel's are nice - but if you have a robo-vacuum cleaner like I do, better put it up so it isn't eaten (as I learned the hard way.)
Very cute rug!
This rug is adorable and works equally well in the kitchen or bath. I love the color combination (natural and black). I gave it four stars because there were a number of irregularities and loose ends in the weaving, which made me nervous about washing it. I have washed it in a lingerie bag several times, and all is good!
